Kadaieswari Readymix Concrete (RMC), is one of the products from our offerings that is specifically batched or manufactured for our clients' construction projects, and supplied to the client on site as a single product. It is a mixture of Cement, Fly-ash, Water and Coarse Aggregates such as Sand, Gravel & Crushed Stone of various sizes. All our aggregates are of a washed type material with limited amounts of fines or dirt and clay. An admixture is also added to improve work-ability of the concrete or simply said to control the setting time of concrete by factoring in the time required for our mixer trucks to reach the site or place of casting.

 

As per Indian Standard code of practice (IS 4926) “Ready Mixed Concrete (RMC) is defined as the concrete delivered in plastic condition and requiring no further treatment before being placed in position in which it is to set and harden.”

 

Our Readymix concrete is used in construction projects where the construction site is not willing, or not able, to mix concrete on site. Our Readymix Concrete is delivered in its finished form, on demand, in the specific quantity required, to the specific mix design required.

 

For small to medium projects, the cost and time of hiring mixing equipment, labour, plus purchase and storage for the ingredients of concrete, added to environmental concerns may simply not be worth your time when compared to the linear cost model of our Readymix Concrete, where the customer pays for what they use, and lets us do all the heavy lifting up to that point.

 

For  large projects, the concrete production is outsourced to us where we handle the quality control and testing, material logistics and supply chain issues, and mix design, to our specialists who are already experienced for those tasks, trading off against introducing another contracted external supplier who needs to make a profit, and losing the control and immediacy of on-site mixing.
